The Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority is all about the planning agency of the Amaravathi city. It was announced on 30 December 2014 by the Government of Andhra Pradesh according to the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014, It was shifted to the Vijayawada, Guntur, Tenali, Mangalagiri Urban Development Authority. The CRDA was divided into three categories. Basic Needs, Infrastructure Development and Economic Development are the objective of CRDA.

The bypass road was now developed by NHAI which is coming close to the area.
